01What your site is for
Your Finally Happening site is for planning and sharing your wedding or a similar personal celebration with the people you invite. These rules apply to couples and to guests, and to everything added to a site: text, photos, video, wishes and song requests.
02Please do not
- Post anything illegal, or anything that encourages illegal activity.
- Post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening or bullying, or that discriminates against anyone.
- Post sexually explicit content, and never any content that sexualises children.
- Upload photos, music, text or video you do not have the right to share, or images of people who would not want them shared.
- Pretend to be someone else, or make a site to mislead or defraud people.
- Use the site to collect passwords, payments or personal details under false pretences.
- Send spam: emails from the Email studio must only go to your own guests, about your wedding.
- Add people's details to your guest list who you are not inviting.
- Try to get into other couples' sites or accounts, interfere with the service, upload anything harmful, or copy the service with automated tools.
- Resell or rent out the service without our written permission.
03What we do if something breaks these rules
We may remove the content, pause the site's emails, or suspend the site, depending on how serious it is. Where we reasonably can, we will tell the couple and give them a chance to put it right first. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
04Reporting something
If you see something on a Finally Happening site that breaks these rules, please email hello@finallyhappen.ing with the site's address and what you saw. We look at every report.
